MediaMarkt BeNeLux partnered with Bringly, a sustainable delivery platform that offers brands the most sustainable deliveries. Bringly's smart orchestration across a multi-carrier network of sustainable carriers allowed MediaMarkt BeNeLux to optimize the carbon footprint per shipment and provided real-time insights. The solution allowed MediaMarkt BeNeLux to offer branded and secured deliveries in the most efficient and sustainable way possible.

 

Bringly deployed dedicated couriers with bikes and EVs to improve the quality and branding of deliveries, ensuring that MediaMarkt BeNeLux's customers received a top-notch delivery experience. Bringly's multi-carrier approach allowed MediaMarkt BeNeLux to benefit from a wider range of carriers, resulting in improved delivery performance.

Results

  5. Success Delivery Rate: The success delivery rate increased to 98%.

  6. Custom Authentication: Bringly committed to taking traditional delivery volume with custom 2-Factor authentication and several branded bikes.
